If you place an order for Pick Up, PLEASE put in the special instructions about what time you would like to pick it up. This helps us to make sure your arrangement is ready to pick up when you are ready to pick it up Please make sure you note what day you set pickup for, after 9am the pickup and delivery switch to the following day for both, if you would like to pick them up the same day please give us a call and we can get it all set up for pickup the same day, otherwise it will be for the next day.

Orders that are placed for pick up after 4:30pm CST will have to be picked up no earlier than 8:45am the next morning on weekdays and 9:45am on Saturdays, We open at 8am weekdays and 9am Saturday and need to have time to open the shop and get the arrangement put together. If you place an order for pick up at 8am the next morning, please place the order before 3pm the day before because we close our doors at 5pm during the week and 4pm on Saturday and are closed on Sunday.

Orders placed for delivery after or right as we are closing (5pm weekdays and 4pm Saturday) will be arranged the next morning that we are open and will be delivered as soon as possible. Weekdays we open at 8:00am and Saturday we don't open until 9:00am and it usually takes at least 20 - 30 minutes to put an arrangement together depending on what it is and how busy we are. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, especially if you want it delivered early.

We typically deliver until noon during the weekdays unless we have a bunch then we deliver until they are all delivered, and don't deliver later than 2pm on weekdays. On Saturday we only have a delivery driver in the morning so we are usually done with deliveries at 11am unless we have a bunch of deliveries, then we deliver until they are all delivered. We don't deliver later than noon on Saturday unless our driver is still out.

We only use the phone number to make sure someone will be home, in case of bad weather or if the recipient is farther away from our location.

If we don't have a phone number to reach them we won't be able to deliver the flowers.

We also carry a variety of blooming and green plants in the store. We don't post them on our website because the plants we have changes week to week, If you are looking to send a plant, please give us a call and we will help you out.
